Cantankerous is considered to be extremely dangerous. They rely on their extremely high stamina and extremely high resilience, being weakest in discipline and speed. Note, however, that Cantankerous is still extremely capable across the board. They are also considered to be highly psychologically unstable, suffering from multiple mental health problems.

The subject appears to be extremely well known throughout the city, having the highest profile in Cincinnati's slums. As well as the usual street level hustle, they are also involved in a number of more specific businesses, such as junk collecting and trading and organ dealing. They also work as a street pimp, running a very large number of girls. Cantankerous is also reported to be a high level informer for a member of the CPD, but this has not been substantiated.

As far as recognising them in the street is concerned, Cantankerous prefers to dress in pimp style clothing. They have an extremely large build.
