Samael is considered to be extremely dangerous. He relies on his extremely high charisma and extremely high intelligence, being weakest in charisma and intelligence. Note, however, that Samael is still extremely capable across the board.

The subject appears to be extremely well known throughout the city, having the highest profile in Cincinnati's slums. As well as the usual street level hustle, he is also involved in a number of more specific businesses, such as smuggling work and driving work. He also works as a street pimp, running a large number of girls.

As far as recognising him in the street is concerned, Samael prefers to dress in suggestive clothing. He also has a number of distinguishing features; see below.

Samael has 1043 known kills since arriving in Cincinnati, although we suspect the real figure might be as high as 10262. He seems to see himself as an assassin or a tool; he has a cold attitude towards the act of killing. Overall, however, bear in mind that Samael's attitude towards violence is secondary, and his kills usually seem to serve an ulterior purpose.
